Alternatively you can also contact Council directly if you wish via the following ways:

Customer Service: “If a Council tree has dropped a branch, appears diseased or dead and if there is a stump that needs removal you can call Customer Service on 9705 5200 and report your concerns. Time frames for tree maintenance requests such as these may alter due to emergencies as these will take precedence over other issues. ” Source: https://www.casey.vic.gov.au/policies-strategies/city-of-casey-tree-guide
