Under this guidance, routine mowing and maintenance is typically carried out on a 3–4 week cycle. This page records resident observations of those routine maintenance activities. Please note that this is not Casey Council’s official maintenance log. This log is maintained independently by the Friends of the Tulliallan Elms. However, the Council is aware of this log.
Friends of the Tulliallan Elms commenced logging observations from 2024 onwards, following periods where maintenance cycles appeared inconsistent. As a result, no observation data is available prior to 2024.
Log entries record resident observations only. “🔴 Not observed” does not indicate a missed maintenance visit by the Council. It simply means no resident recorded an observation. Where included, photographs are original images captured using Apple Photos and retain automatic date and time metadata.
